Adnan Ali

Adnan Ali, a Certified Tax Practitioner, is a Partner at Maven Minds with overall experience of 12 Years of managing complex indirect tax issues. He has served across a range of local and international clients, with a strong focus on helping businesses to fulfill compliance obligation and optimizing strategies with a view to create tax efficient system. He has also served as a Deputy Secretary for SZABIST Law Society in the Year of 2018-2019.

His specialty is in the area of indirect tax laws prevailing in Pakistan as he worked for 08 Years with a larger practice firm, Moore Shekha Mufti. He has also wide knowledge over GCC VAT laws as he had been involved in interpreting such laws since very first day of their enactments.

In addition, he is also actively engaged in corporate law practice where he looks after the matter relating to formation of entities, corporate advisory and compliances. His insight into the thinking and tactics of dealing statuary authorities is combined with a practical commercial approach valued by clients.
