Imran Lodhi

Imran Lodhi, a Certified Tax Practitioner, having qualified as a Public Finance Accountant from Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountant. He is a Member of Karachi Tax Bar Association and also served as a member in Advisory Committee of United Nation Affairs as constituted by Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce. 

Imran, being a Partner of Maven Minds, is leading a direct tax division. He gained his professional experience from various law and tax firms including KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co. His accumulated experience in the field of direct tax practice is 7 years.

His expertise revolves around tax compliance management, tax planning, reporting of tax liabilities in financial statements, representation and appeal before the appellate forums. The sectors / industries, he has worked for, includes but not limited to services, distribution, manufacturing and non-resident investors

Being a trainer, he is also actively engaged in imparting understanding and knowledge of Income Tax laws to many of corporate entities and individuals having professional backgrounds. He also publishes taxation papers on significant issues in relation to income tax.
